"The most that this product did for me was firm the outline of my lips slightly. There was no discernible plumping other than the illusion of outlining your lips. However, I like the color and texture of the product so I will still buy this product as I would any other lipstick -- just not for any plumping action. "

"It definitely did work on the upper lip since what they say about the water is true. The upper part of the face has water/sinuses so the upper lip will "plump up" noticeably. However unless you have a naturally full lower lip the only thing that will help down there is probably a collagen injection or a gauze implant. "
